HAILEY BIEBER & KYLIE JENNER’S MATCHING SUMMERTIME MANICURES HAVE US DREAMING OF WARMER WEATHER

Hailey Bieber has found the person who can match her freakishly accurate way of pairing her beauty looks to whatever season or city she’s in. Yes, as celebrity nail artist Zola Ganzorigt revealed in her latest Instagram post, Bieber has taken to twinning beauty looks by getting a matching manicure with her best friend Kylie Jenner. 

Ganzorigt created a custom set of complimenting garden-themed nails for the beauty moguls as Bieber and Jenner coordinated with French-tipped accents and hand-painted artwork. 

The Rhode Beauty founder opted for a “farmer’s market” inspired design with miniature seasonal fruit and vegetables like berries, cherries, sweet peas and tomatoes scattered across her digits. 

Rather than layering these illustrations on her signature chrome “glazed” nails, the soon-to-be first-time mum kept the colour neutral through a subtle ballerina pink to white ombré base coat. 

Though there is no official ruling on getting a manicure while pregnant, those who are also expecting can enjoy a similar effect without the exposure to polish through the booming stick-on nail market.

Jenner, on the other hand, also took inspiration from summertime soil. The reality star and clothing brand founder went for a more down-to-earth look—literally. 

Jenner’s manicure featured small and cutesy paintings of insects, including a butterfly, ladybug, bumblebee, snail, worm and ant. (Thankfully for her older sister Kim Kardashian, Jenner didn’t opt for a drawn-on spider on this occasion.) The mother-of-two completed her nails with a chartreuse accent and baby pink veneer.

Both Jenner and Bieber have developed a reputation for secretly revealing personal updates through their manicures. 

If you recall, fans deduced that Jenner was pregnant with her second child, Aire, back in 2021 after posting two subsequent photos of herself with different pairs of nails. This led to internet sleuths speculating that one of the shots was a red herring strategically used to hide her growing bump, which was later revealed to be the case.

Bieber’s recent cherry blossom nail art from her Japanese babymoon also piqued people’s interest as they believed this could be a confirmation of the gender and name of her and Justin Bieber’s baby.

What should be made of these motifs then? A sign to get outside and stop theorising on the internet, clearly.
